CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Charlotte Louise Photography has been contracted by Fancy & Free Weddings to photograph your wedding.
Please review our partnership terms & ensure you agree
PAYMENT:
Initial elopement package payment is made direct to Natalie Skye at Fancy & Free Weddings.
The session fee covers the photographer’s time and talent, custom editing of selected images from your day and your images provided via download (both high res and low res files) when they are ready.
Photography ad on's , additional edits & consult fee's are paid directly to Charlotte Louise Photography
SESSION TIMES:
Session times are depending on what package you have purchased from Fancy & Free Weddings.
Any extra time will attract a fee of $500 per 30 minutes shoot time.
EDITING STYLE:
Charlotte Louise Photography will provide a range of images in a light, bright & timeless edit .
The same edit advertised throughout this website, please ensure you like the editing style before you proceed .
EDITING INCLUSIONS
Your gallery will include all images from your session edited in our signature preset (30 -60 images + for every 1 x hour booked) which will be edited in our signature preset, extensive edits that require photoshop will be charged at $5 per image (these are extensive edits, like removing people from backgrounds, stains on clothes etc).
REVISIONS:
At your request, Charlotte Louise Photography can re-edit up to 5 images from your gallery. Any extra edits will attract a fee of $5.00 per image.
COPYRIGHT AND IMAGES
Charlotte Louise Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images. Once purchased, you may use/print your images for personal use only.
Reproduction of images for any other purpose without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited.
canning, screen capturing and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement.
RAW FILES
The original digital RAW negatives can be purchased at an additional $550 + Hard drive, postage, and return postage.
LIABILITY
Charlotte Louise Photography cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the following circumstances; sickness, accidents, injury, serious injury resulting in loss of life, loss of property, damage to property sustained whilst on a photographic session with Charlotte Louise Photography.
PRIVACY
Your details including name, address, email and contact telephone numbers will be stored on our database and used to inform you of future promotions and special events
. Your information is confidential and will not be released to outside agencies.
If you do not want your photos shared online please let me know via email prior to your wedding day.
MODEL RELEASE
By completing this model release below you agree to allow Charlotte Louise Photography the irrevocable right to use your/your children‘s picture, portrait or photograph in all forms of media and in all manner, including electronic media and/or composite representations, for advertising, trade, or any lawful purposes and will waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith unless written instruction above.
Limited Scope of Role & Responsibility
Independent Contractor & Limited Involvement
While Charlotte Louise Photography is contracted through Fancy and Free elopements to provide photographic services, the Photographer’s role is strictly limited to the documentation of the elopement on the agreed date and time.
The Photographer is not responsible for, nor liable for, any aspect of planning, scheduling, coordination, logistics, timelines, location selection, time-of-day decisions, vendor coordination, weather conditions, or any other arrangements organised by the Client or Fancy and Free Elopements.
Any delays, restrictions, missed moments, or limitations resulting from planning decisions, external vendors, travel, environmental factors, or timeline choices are not the responsibility of the Photographer or Charlotte Louise Photography.
No Accountability for Timeline, Light, or Conditions
Planning & Environmental Limitations
The Client acknowledges that photography outcomes are influenced by factors outside the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to lighting conditions, time of day chosen outside of a direct consult with Charlotte Louise Photography, weather, access limitations, and scheduling decisions made by others.
The Photographer cannot guarantee specific lighting conditions, scenic outcomes, or photographic results when planning decisions are made independently of the Photographer.
Communication, Queries , Compliments & Complaints
Primary Point of Contact
All planning communication, inquiries, changes, concerns, feedback, reviews, or complaints related to the elopement experience must be directed to Fancy & Free Elopement.
The Photographer is not responsible for managing or responding to planning-related inquiries or service concerns outside of the photography coverage itself.
Consultation Call - $150
Consultation & Expanded Involvement
Clients seeking personalised planning advice, timeline input, location guidance, lighting recommendations, or creative direction beyond the scope of photography coverage may book a paid consultation with the Photographer.
A one-on-one zoom consultation is available at a rate of $150 and must be booked separately.
Only upon completion of a paid consultation does the Photographer assume advisory involvement beyond documentation.
